Website analytics

Optional Umami and Google Analytics help us understand website visits, installation clicks and contact clicks. They load only after you allow analytics. Rejecting analytics does not prevent reading the site or installing the app. Use the analytics settings button below to change or withdraw your choice.

The website is hosted on GitHub Pages. The landing pages also request fonts from Google Fonts. Hosting and font providers receive the technical requests needed to deliver those resources, independently of your optional analytics choice.

We configure analytics without advertising personalization or session replay. Our event code does not attach meeting content, email addresses, typed messages or URL query strings. Analytics services may process technical data such as browser information, IP-derived location and visited pages; Google Analytics can use first-party cookies after consent. Provider-side retention and access settings must be considered in addition to browser settings.

Your analytics choice is saved in browser local storage so it survives page reloads. Withdrawing consent reloads the page without the analytics scripts and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies. Previously processed data is not automatically deleted by withdrawing consent.

Desktop app data

Audio, transcripts, notes and reports are saved locally by the desktop app. The optional AI analysis and delivery connections have their own data flows: selected dialogue and working context can be sent to the configured provider. The beta does not promise that all AI processing is offline. Website analytics is separate from meeting capture and is not installed in the local call interface.

Contact and requests

When you send email, your email provider and our mail provider process your address and message to deliver the conversation. Do not email meeting recordings or confidential third-party data unless you intend to share them. Contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion of information you provided.
